The Interim Meeting of the Gynecologic Oncology Group is held twice a year during the months of April and October. The attendance at this meeting is made up of the GOG Protocol Committee. The majority of the members are Chairs and Co-Chairs of the various committees of the GOG.

 

The Interim Meeting of the Protocol Committee is an opportunity for the Committee to review the progress of studies in development. Concepts that were approved for further development at the January and July Semi-Annual Meetings of the GOG are due back for review as full protocols at the Interim meeting. Progress is reported on active studies and needed revisions are often presented and discussed by the Committee. Action items can necessitate protocol amendments or revisions. It is also an opportunity for the Committee to review the Group's priority list and adjust as the site and modality chairs see fit.
