Future of ADCs: Accelerating Progress in Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer
Activity Overview
The GOG Foundation, Inc. and GOG Partners welcomes gynecologic oncologists, oncologists, advanced practitioners (NP/PA/PharmD), and other clinicians who treat patients with gynecologic malignancies to join us for the Future of ADCs: Accelerating Progress in Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer, an Educational Symposium being presented at the FSGO 2026 Annual Meeting in Long Boat Key, Florida a on Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 8:00 am – 8:50 am ET.
This educational activity is supported by an independent medical education grant from GSK.
Course Description
The era of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) in gynecologic oncology have shifted from promise to intense competition. In ovarian and endometrial cancers, platforms targeting FRα, HER2/HER3, TROP2, B7-H4, CDH6, and NaPi2b are advancing rapidly. Mirvetuximab soravtansine has improved outcomes for FRα-positive ovarian cancer, while trastuzumab deruxtecan has extended HER2-directed therapy to certain endometrial tumors. Next-generation ADCs are improving antigen selection, internalization, payload potency, and linker stability to address antigen heterogeneity, resistance, and class-specific toxicities highlighted in recent studies. This symposium will provide a clear, evidence-based overview of the ADC landscape. Faculty will differentiate competing designs, evaluate key and emerging trial data, and offer practical guidance on sequencing, toxicity management, and biomarker-driven patient selection. The program will also highlight active trials and company strategies shaping future standards of care, ensuring participants are prepared to incorporate ADC advances into practice with confidence and clarity.
Target Audience
Gynecologic and medical oncologists, oncology researchers, clinical trial investigators, advanced practice providers, and healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with ovarian cancer.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate the design components of ADCs (targets, payloads, and linkers) and describe how antigen density, internalization, and bystander effects impact efficacy, safety, and sequencing in ovarian and endometrial cancers.
- Assess key and emerging clinical data to identify current leaders and anticipate agents likely to set new standards of care.
- Utilize biomarker-driven methods (FRα, HER2/HER3, TROP2, B7-H4, CDH6, NaPi2b) for selecting patients and planning therapy.
- Implement strategies for sequencing ADCs with existing regimens and managing key toxicities such as ocular events and interstitial lung disease.
- Identify suitable clinical trial opportunities and advise eligible patients on participation.
