The GOG Foundation, Inc. and GOG Partners welcomes gynecologic oncologists, oncologists, advanced practitioners (NP/PA/PharmD), and other clinicians who treat patients with gynecologic malignancies to attend the Real-World Treatment Selection in Ovarian & Endometrial Cancer: The transformative impact of immunotherapy in Endometrial Cancer and the Evolving Standards and Future of ADCs in Gynecologic Oncology Industry Supported Symposium being held in-person at the IGCS 2026 Annual Global Meeting in Montreal, Canada on Friday, October 2, 2026 from 17:40 – 18:40 EDT.
The landscape in gynecologic oncology is rapidly transforming, driven first by the transformative impact of frontline immunotherapy plus chemotherapy in endometrial cancer and also with recent ADC advancements ovarian and endometrial cancer care. Landmark studies such as Ruby and NRG GY018 have established ICI + chemotherapy as a new standard of care, demonstrating transformative improvements in outcomes for patients with dMMR tumors and expanding this benefit in the pMMR EC population. Furthermore, the emergence of multiple antigenic targets, including: FRα, HER2/HER3, TROP2, B7-H4, CDH6, and NaPi2b has helped inform subsequent novel treatment strategies. Recent US FDA approvals and emerging data from ADC and immunotherapy-based combinations are reshaping treatment sequencing, second-line strategies, and biomarker-driven patient selection. Agents such as mirvetuximab soravtansine, trastuzumab deruxtecan, and next-generation ADC programs are redefining expectations around efficacy, tolerability, and resistance management.
This symposium will provide a practical, evidence-based review that highlights the relevance of immunotherapy in the treatment of patients with EC (irrespective of MMR status) as well as the evolving ADC landscape in ovarian and endometrial cancers, with discussion focused on target, payload and linker technologies, sequencing strategies, toxicity management, and real-world treatment selection. Faculty will also address the impact of newly approved treatment regimens (i.e. KEYNOTE-B96; Rosella) and other emerging studies, barriers to biomarker testing and access, and the role of active global clinical trials in shaping future standards of care.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Describe the evolving treatment paradigm in gynecologic oncology, from the transformative impact of frontline IO + chemotherapy in dMMR and pMMR endometrial cancer to the emerging role of ADCs in endometrial and ovarian cancer care, with a focus on applying long-term survival data to patient counseling and treatment selection.
- Differentiate key ADC targets, payloads, and linker technologies and explain how these design features may influence efficacy, tolerability, resistance, and sequencing strategies in ovarian and endometrial cancer.
- Understand pivotal and emerging clinical data across FRα-, HER2/HER3-, TROP2-, B7-H4-, CDH6-, and NaPi2b-directed ADC programs, including evolving data for MORAb-202/farletuzumab ecteribulin and combination strategies.
- Understand the potential application of biomarker-driven approaches to optimize patient selection, sequencing, and therapeutic decision-making while balancing efficacy, toxicity, and quality-of-life considerations.
- Identify globally active and upcoming clinical trials suitable for patients with recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancers and understand how these studies may alter future standards of care.
