Society of Pelvic Surgeons Selects (SPS) The GOG Foundation, Inc. (GOG-F) as Management Partner to Advance Multidisciplinary Surgical Collaboration Worldwide

Philadelphia, PA, September 15, 2026 — The GOG Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing clinical research and improving outcomes for patients with gynecologic cancers, today announced that it has assumed management responsibilities for the Society of Pelvic Surgeons (SPS), a distinguished global organization that brings together experts in gynecology, urology, and colorectal surgery to advance the science and practice of pelvic surgery.

Founded on the principle that collaboration across specialties improves patient care, the SPS has served as a unique forum for surgeons from around the world to share innovations, research findings, and clinical expertise. Through its annual scientific meetings, such as the upcoming one taking place October 7-10, 2026, in Banff, Alberta, Canada and active international membership, SPS fosters multidisciplinary education and promotes the exchange of ideas that lead to advances in diagnosis, treatment, and surgical techniques.
